Administrator Back From Vacation

Good afternoon, my name is Carol and it is so great to be back to Wyndemere today. It was wonderful to return from my vacation in St. Croix and visit with all our smiling residents at lunch time! I must admit that I missed the spectacular cuisine at Wyndemere while I was away. Today most of our residents chose the Veal Marsala with Penne Pasta and Garden Salad over the Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy! Tough choices. This meal was topped off with a chocolate truffle.
