Hello
Hello everyone i have missed writing in our Blog we have been very busy here at Wyndemere. We had a blast at our St.Patrick's Party and we had a wonderful Ice Cream Social that is a great time for residents to relax and chat while enjoying some delicious ice cream and who doesn't love ice cream. Tomorrow we are having an entertainer come in and sing for us were all looking forward to that. Happy Monday!!
Hello everyone,
Well we had another exciting Monday at Wydemere this morning we played Whist, most residents have not played in years so we had a blast walking down memory lane remembering how to play and sharing memories of Whist parties. At 1:30pm every Monday we have our Plaza Run that's when we all get on the bus and go to the plaza the residents can choose to go to whatever store they would like from Shaws, CVS, Sears or Job Lot it is a nice way to do some shopping and get some fresh air. Administrator Back From Vacation
Good afternoon, my name is Carol and it is so great to be back to Wyndemere today. It was wonderful to return from my vacation in St. Croix and visit with all our smiling residents at lunch time! I must admit that I missed the spectacular cuisine at Wyndemere while I was away. Today most of our residents chose the Veal Marsala with Penne Pasta and Garden Salad over the Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy! Tough choices. This meal was topped off with a chocolate truffle. Can you see why it is so good to be back to Wyndemere Woods? Signing off as I will be on rounds of the building with our new Director of Nurses. What a beautiful sunny day today it's a bit colder than i would like but the sun is still the sun so i will take it. Well we just finished playing Bingo we had a blast! Bingo is always a good time to socialize and just relax and have some fun. On Monday we are starting a new game called Whist it was a request from the residents so were all very excited to play.
